Our talents pool is international, most members are mainly bilingual English and Chinese talents with advantage to support the clients who wish to market to China or overseas Chinese markets.
What are the posting guidelines?

Our members are professionals with years of experience and a broad array of skills. We are happy to list jobs from new clients, but please read our guidelines first.
We do not post low-paying or non-paying jobs or internships of any sort.
Our platform is not typically a job fair market that is why we do not invite members to bid openly online. Our goal has always been to raise the professional status of our members and to make freelancing more dynamic rewarding, more self value and more communicative friendly.
“To reserve the right” might sound strong words, but we’d better to remind the job posters that some job posting might be rejected or removed for some reasons.

There are two ways for you to choose
One is free open source community which is structured inside the existing site and similarly functioned as facebook pages, where you can post your job free, to register as member first, then set up your profile to post your jobs on the site for talent, and freelancers can view your job and submit proposals too.
The second way is also free to use our service with offer of the outsourced candidates to assist your business need of SEO, web development or digital marketing, etc. We charge freelancers a 10% service fee based on the transaction amount with the clients. So tell us about your project and the specific skills required. We analyze your needs. Our search functionality uses data science to highlight freelancers based on their skills, helping you find talent that’s a good match. We send you a shortlist of likely candidates.
